The Mayfair Poet — also known as Ruth Elora — is an award-winning, London-based spoken word artist, actor, presenter, model and professional communicator whose work has appeared in national press, magazines and on radio. From love letters to social critique, her poetry invites audiences into a space of reflection and inner reckoning.

She is the co-founder and host of If Poets Ruled the World, South-West London’s hottest new poetry night. Having performed across the UK and internationally, The Mayfair Poet sees poetry as a tool for radical change, a vessel to amplify unheard voices and challenge the norms that shape our world.
